This led to a combination of properties which is better than previous stainless knife steels, and has similar toughness and edge retention to non-stainless steels like CPM-CruWear, CPM-4V, and Vanadis 4 Extra. The corrosion resistance was also excellent, which means that the hardness-corrosion resistance balance of MagnaCut is very impressive, with achievable hardness being 64+ Rc and corrosion resistance being even better than steels like S110V, S45VN, and M390.<\/p>\n
Rc 60-63[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
[vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1655399753603{margin-top: 45px !important;}”][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”ABOUT STEEL” font_container=”tag:h2|text_align:center” use_theme_fonts=”yes” css=”.vc_custom_1735326331280{margin-bottom: 10px !important;}”][vc_separator el_width=”50″][vc_empty_space height=”25px”][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_custom_heading text=”CPM 3V” font_container=”tag:h4|text_align:left” use_theme_fonts=”yes”][vc_column_text]CPM 3-V is the steel for the use and abuse knives.
